Digital Guruji : Hi!! Will you please introduce yourself to our readers?
Shahzeb Khan : It’s a pleasure to be here, my name is Shahzeb Khan, founder of TheVisata and Shocklet Technologie. I am from Patna. I turned 19 this year. Being a high school student apart form that I am a chief executive officer at TheVisata and Founder of Shocklet technologies. It’s been half of the decade when I put my first step in the field of technology. I hold a couple of patents on my name and of course many in progress. I have been awarded by many global authorities for my innovations for instance Germany, the US, Russia, etc.
Digital Guruji : How did SHOCKLET TECHNOLOGIE come into being?
Shahzeb Khan : Back in the Year 2019 in the month of November India witnessed one of the very serious rape cases happened in Hyderabad. During the time entire India was demanding death penalties. Shocklet technologies is a parent brand of a product named SHOCKLET.
I was working on the product for a long time but after this incident happed I thought this is the time women across India should feel safe. I decided to bind up my researches and in a month the product was launched. This is how Shocklet technologies came into existence and yeah this is the story behind the novel product.
Digital Guruji : How did you come up with the name for your company?
Shahzeb Khan : So from the beginning, I was working on a wearable bracelet you know why because it’s a common thing every woman loves to wear. Shocklet is a combination of two words that is shock and bracelet. The combination of both created a word that looks pretty good to me.
Digital Guruji : What does TheVisata do?
Shahzeb Khan : TheVisata is my very first venture. Back in late 2018, I founded this company providing digital solutions to clients and parallel dealing with research and development. Today TheVisata is working in various fields like Aerial technologies, Artificial intelligence and medical advancement.
Digital Guruji : What is your USP, which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains?
Shahzeb Khan : So we have some really cool patented technologies with us on which we focusing currently that a point which makes us different from others. Our products like Heavy lifting drones which are more advance that one available in the market at a cost-effective price and yeah we are not the one we are the only one.

Digital Guruji : What were the first few months like?
Shahzeb Khan : So it was like a very expected thing, our few months was not that good. When you come for the first time in this field you really don’t have an idea about how to deal with few things and the same happened with me but gradually I tried solving my problems, we created new policies for our company, we established face to face customer interaction and a lot of things were solved.
So most of the entrepreneur faces problem in inception but they also have patience which they apply to make it smooth.
Digital Guruji : What are the major challenges you face at SHOCKLET TECHNOLOGIES?
Shahzeb Khan : Challenges hahaha, there are a number of challenges we encountered so far. As I told shocklet was launched in mid-December, we were supposed to drop our product at the market in April but due to total lockdown things didn’t go according to plan, Investor’s withdraw their investments, and so on. But yes we took this as an opportunity and now shocklet is no more only shocklet… That’s what I can revel now.
Digital Guruji : How do you overcome these challenges?
Shahzeb Khan : Challenges are like mathematics problems, when you try to do it you can but when you ignore your problem it never goanna be fixed and one more thing there is no end of challenges, so it will come and you have to face it.
Digital Guruji : Tell us about the people who impacted your journey.
Shahzeb Khan : Not only people but non-living things have also impacted my journey, but let just talk about people so very first it’s your family, mentor, friends, and your enemy.
Digital Guruji : Who was your first customer at TheVisata?
Shahzeb Khan : I am sorry but actually I don’t remember.
Digital Guruji : What has been the proudest moment of your career?
Shahzeb Khan : So the proudest moment of my carrier is yet to come but few I have which I called my proudest moment to date like representing India in the various global stages, meeting the Russian president, and yeah this is what I have noted till the date. I am still waiting for my day! Soon experiencing it I will notify you.
Digital Guruji : What kind of culture exists in your organization, and how did you establish it?
Shahzeb Khan : We don’t have IITians in our company and actually I don’t need them, I personally take every employee interview, not on a degree but I offered them a job on their knowledge. Someday If I found a student of 5th class having amazing creativity level and knowledge I will offer him a job rather than asking him to show you qualifications. We have a very diverse group of teams and employees.
No one is boss here, everyone is a friend here.
Digital Guruji : How far do you think you’ve come since TheVisata was first established?
Shahzeb Khan : After TheVisata established, many things have been changed. Still, it’s the beginning of the journey but as compared to what I was before my venture, and today, I can feel the changes. From a knowledge point of view, I have learned hell lot of things. But yes it’s still a beginner in this field, it takes quite to become king!
Digital Guruji : How do you define success?
Shahzeb Khan : Success is part of life. You do thousands of things in your entire life, in many of them you succeed and in many, you fail. Success is when you fulfilled everything you set out to do in life and are happy with what you are doing. Thousands of success make a successful man.
Digital Guruji : Tell us something about your education & family background and their support.
Shahzeb Khan : Recently I have completed my 12th from the central board of secondary education from Patna and looking forward to pursuing further education in computer science and researches. Back in the year 2013, my father left us. My mom was supportive enough, she allowed me to do extracurricular activities apart from my education. Today whatever I am without her it was not possible.
Digital Guruji : Any Educational / Special Achievements you want to share with us?
Shahzeb Khan : See I already told you about my work and recognition but if you’re asking me to share one, then I would like to tell you about my teamwork. Last year Patna was hit by a flood. Thousands of people were disturbed. Hundreds of people lost their houses, the condition was very serious.
We planned to help them with our innovation. Our team helped more than 500 families by distributing necessary food, medicines, and clothes by our self-made drones. I count this as my top most achievement. There is nothing more than saving a life in this world.
Digital Guruji : Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?
Shahzeb Khan : To be honest I actually don’t believe that. Every aspirant of becoming an entrepreneur thinks that if we follow a certain rule then probably they will succeed but the truth is when you step forward in this field you get to know that there is no predefined formula you can use to become a successful entrepreneur. But yeah your determination, your focus, and plan will definitely help you but when you encounter real-life problems then you need to solve it at your own else you have to lose. Better to create your own pattern and your own plans.
Digital Guruji : If you had a magic stick, which are the two things you would change in the world?
Shahzeb Khan : If I get that kind of opportunity, for very first I will remove poverty from this world which would also help to reduce unemployment and make this world a better place with peace, and the second thing would be nature and the environment. If nature is happy with you then you’re happy else natural disasters and a pandemic is a live example.
Digital Guruji : Any regrets till now? If yes, will you like to share it with our readers?
Shahzeb Khan : Regrets? Yes! I have a few related to my business my personal life, but yes I have learned a lot from those regrets.
Digital Guruji : What keeps you going and who inspires you the most?
Shahzeb Khan : My surrounding inspires me to do for this community. The only dream I am living for is creating millions of jobs for unemployed people across the globe. I want to become rich, I want to look rich and I want to make other rich!

Digital Guruji : Can you describe your typical day?
Shahzeb Khan : To be honest, I never wake up early, so my day starts at 9 in the morning. Then I look forward to any scheduled meeting then I spend some time on social media platforms, used to spend some time on my projects and researches and company feedback that’s what my day look like now, but before when I used to have school then it was really hard for me to manage my works and academics. So overall in my day I spend most of the time on my projects.
Digital Guruji : If you were given a choice of meeting any person you want, who will be that person?
Shahzeb Khan : If I have given that chance I will like to meet each and every person out there who is working hard to change the world, who have great vision and determination to bring the change.
Digital Guruji : What is the biggest misconception that you think people have about you?
Shahzeb Khan : Hahaha, there are lots of misconceptions people have about me for example in my wide friends circle most people think that I must have a Girlfriend but the truth is I don’t have. So numbers of misconceptions are there, if I start telling you then maybe it would take a day. I just make you go through a teaser.
Digital Guruji : Tell us about your learning’s in this entrepreneurship journey.
Shahzeb Khan : There is no limit to learning and especially when you talk about entrepreneurship then you learn new things every day. Personally, in my two years, I have gone through many circumstances, gain real-life experience, and learned a lot about managing your customers, managing company, your employee, etc.
Digital Guruji : What is next for you and your team?
Shahzeb Khan : Our next is your surprise but for a hint, we have many upcoming products lined up in the near future.
Digital Guruji : Any message that you want to send to your readers?
Shahzeb Khan : So a diverse group of people will read this interview but I want to say something to the youth especially one who are pursuing their higher school or secondary that try to make yourself more practical because when it comes into a real-life problem then no one is going to listen to theory, you will have to come up with some practical solutions.
Another thing is the job crisis, from what I have seen out of 100 students 99% belongs to the job seeker group, and about 1% have an interest in creating jobs so if this continues in coming future then try to witness substantial job crises. So make sure you support one who loves to create a job and pull yourself in this field too.
